Directions for Use:

• Begin filling your bathtub with warm water.
• Add 1/2 of our Whole Milk Bath to the running water.
• Use your hand to swirl the water and ensure the product is evenly distributed.
• Continue filling the tub until you reach your desired water level.
• Allow yourself to soak for at least 15-20 minutes to fully experience the benefits.
